Terms and Conditions:

Our Company and Cleaners follow certain terms and condition to make sure we provide a 100% satisfaction cleaning guarantee!

NOTE : PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED USING OUR WEBSITE. BY APPOINTING A SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY POSTING THEM TO THIS WEBSITE.

  • We take full payment on the day through online banking or cash when we arrive at the property. 
  • Pet fumigation and flea treatment will cost an additional charge on the day. 
  • In terms of coming back for re-clean, we need photos of the re-clean items or we can’t come back without verifying the photos.
  • We cover only 2-3 marks per wall in spot cleaning of the wall. If the entire wall required more than spot clean (dirt and marks) then additional charges can be applicable.
  • We don’t give a bond cleaning guarantee if we don’t do the full cleaning of the property. If you ask us to do certain areas then we won’t be able to give any cleaning guarantee.
  • Wall scratches, scuff marks, fixture issues can’t be fixed while cleaning, and it requires painting.
  • Parking must be arranged by the tenants or service hirer. If you can’t arrange free street parking around your place then paid parking needs to be arranged by your expense.
  • We charge $50 for a cancellation fee upon less than 24 hours of notice.
  • We charge an extra $100 if the electricity is off at scheduled cleaning day if we need to come back to your property for cleaning again.
  • We can’t provide guarantee for the carpet stains removal. It depends on stain, carpet material, stain age etc. Steam cleaning doesn’t remove burn marks or any other stains. We only offer one-time carpet steam cleaning on the day, if you need another wash to the carpet then it will apply as an additional cost. 
  • Water and electricity must be connected on the scheduled cleaning day.
  • For Re-clean, if you can’t be at the property, you need to leave the key in the letterbox and if there is no key at the scheduled time then we won’t be able to come back as we offer only one time to come back. 
  • We charge an extra for wall washing, ceiling, mould removal, garage, outside windows, balcony, patio, and blinds.
  • Additional charges are applicable on the appliances other than oven.
  • While working at the property, cleaners need to work at their own. Customer can’t stay with the cleaners while cleaning as part of the policy. 
  • If the property is in messy condition then additional charges will be applicable.
  • We always do our best with the bathroom tiles grout. In most cases, we can remove it off, but in some cases, it needs to be re-grouted to remove black marks. 
  • Stickers on mirrors and walls require extra time, chemicals, and effort. It’s an additional service on top of the normal end-of-lease cleaning quote.
  • If you have broken parts (handle, walls, cupboards etc) then we leave those areas at the time of cleaning. We won’t take responsible for the damage that happened during your tenancy. Tenants need to hire a handyman to fix the issues.
  • Painting and gardening aren’t part of end of lease cleaning.
  • Normal end of lease cleaning happens in an empty property. If your property isn’t empty then we clean around the furniture. If you move furniture after cleaning then we’re not responsible to come back for re-clean. 
  • We charge an extra $30 to $100 for the balcony and outside sliding door depending on the balcony size. We only sweep, mop and remove cobwebs in a balcony. Balcony glasses, walls, tiles scrubbing require extra time and money. We can’t take the risk of a cleaner’s life so we avoid using ladders on the balcony. 
  • Garage wall, shutters, floors scrubbing is a part of additional cleaning service. Additional charges are applicable for the special cleaning requirements.
  • Minor scratches and fixtures issues may happen during a tenancy, Most of the agents won’t bring those issues to cut your bond money. If you want to remove scratches then you may need to pint the surface which isn’t a part of the end of lease cleaning. 
  • Cleaners clean inside and outside of the oven. They can’t unscrew oven glasses and clean underneath of the glass. If your oven colour is fake then it can discolour due to cleaning chemicals. A real oven colour can’t be faded by using cleaning liquids.
