Payment on the day:
We accept full payment on the day through online banking or cash on the day.
We offer 7 Days of cleaning guarantee. If your agent/landlord isn’t happy with the clean within 7 DAYS then we will come back and clean it for you at no extra cost. If any fixture, carpet and mould issues we can’t give any bond guarantee for it.

Also, allow us 48 hours to organise time for you.
We charge $50 for cancellation if happened in last 24 hours as we’ve already organised cleaners for the next day.
If you can’t be at the property then you can leave key inside of the letterbox/under the mat so we can access the property.
All pricing over the email or phone is an indication of the price depending on the number of bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms of the property. Price can be changed depending on the size and how messy the property is.
We only do one time carpet steam cleaning and if the carpet isn’t good enough we can’t give you bond back for the carpet. We can’t give guarantee to remove stain from the carpet.
We try our best to remove mould from the tiles, but we don’t give any guarantee for the mould.
We only come one time for re-clean so the better way to do it once the agent inspection is completed then we can come for re-clean and fix the issues. We never guarantee to fix any fixture issues (walls permanent mark, scratch on the timber, Carpet stain and many more). If you want us to come back after we finished the cleaning then we won’t be able to come back once agent inspection is completed and if they find any issues.
