Yes, we clean outside windows as per customer request. Outside windows aren’t covered in a generic end of lease cleaning quote. Additional charges are applicable for the outside windows cleaning.
End of lease cleaning quote depends on number of bedrooms, bathrooms and size of the property. It also depends on the property condition.
If you’re living in Melbourne city, busy suburbs such as the metro or central city where free parking isn’t available then you need to arrange for the parking. Paid parking charges need to be paid by the customer.
We cover carpet steam cleaning in vacate cleaning quotes. Make sure you mention carpet cleaning requirements during cleaning enquiries.
End of lease Cleaners only need the access of the property. You can put your keys to the safe area and let us know. Tenants don’t need to be present at the property throughout the cleaning process.
We don’t work on an hourly basis. However, if the property is messy and requires more time to clean it then additional charges may be applicable.

Blinds come under an additional cleaning service. Our cleaners can clean the blinds with additional charges.
We cover minor mould in a shower tiles. If you have mould covered in an entire wall, bathroom or ceiling then it will take more time and effort to do it. Mould cleaning is covered in an additional cleaning service.
Regular domestic cleaning only covers a certain part of the property such as wiping of stove top, toilet, sink, mopping and vacuuming. It doesn’t include scrubbing or detailed cleaning. End of lease cleaning covers inside property areas. It includes thorough cleaning or deep cleaning.
We clean a couple of spots from the walls. If you have entire walls covered with crayons, dust, smoke marks, oil dripping marks then it comes under a wall washing which requires extra time and manpower with an additional cost.
