Do I Need to Arrange for the Cleaning Tools and Material?

No Absolutely not. End Of Lease Cleaners will bring all machines and equipment to fulfil your needs. You don't need to arrange any chemicals for us. The only access we need is property access on the day.

Do You Clean Outside Windows?

Yes, we clean outside windows as per customer's request. Outside windows aren’t covered in a generic end of lease cleaning quote. Additional charges are applicable for the outside windows cleaning depending on how many windows you want us to clean.

How Much Do You Charge for Professional End of Lease Cleaning in Melbourne?

Our end of lease cleaning service is starting from $149 depending on the how many bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms you have. Cost is also depending on the how well you've maintained the property condition.

In most cases, we will stick with the quoted price but if we need to invest more time and chemicals then price can slighly more to cover time and chemicals.

Do I Have to Arrange for the Parking?

Parking must be arranged by customers, especially in CBD. If you live in CBD then you will need to arrange parking for us or we will park and let you know the cost.

Outside of CBD, we will arrange parking on our own.

Do You Do Carpet Steam Cleaning?

Our carpet cleaning comes with minimal price along with end of lease cleaning. This will not make huge difference in terms of price so this can help you out.

Do I Need to Be Present During the End of Lease Cleaning?

No, you don't need to be present during the end-of-lease cleaning. You can leave the key in the letterbox or under the mat for us. Additionally, you are welcome to inspect the property once the cleaning is completed.

If you can't come and visit when we finish cleaning, then we will leave the key as per your guidance or leave the key in the same place.

Do You Include Oven in Your Checklist?

Also, if you require mould cleaning on blinds, we will also cater that service, however we don't give any guarantee to remove any grout from that.
